At Albion Aero Services, we understand that precision aviation gear requires careful handling and prompt delivery. We ship all orders directly from our UK warehouse to ensure quality control and reliable dispatch.

Shipping Within the United Kingdom

We use Royal Mail and DPD for all domestic deliveries.

  • Royal Mail Tracked: Ideal for smaller parts and accessories, with 24-hour and 48-hour tracked options available at checkout.
  • DPD Next Day: Our recommended service for high-value avionics or larger items. This service provides a fully tracked experience with a specific one-hour delivery window sent to you via SMS or email.
  • UK Free Shipping: We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom when you spend over £1,000.

International Shipping

For our customers outside of the UK, we ship worldwide using Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. This ensures your package is monitored from the moment it leaves us until it reaches your door.

  • Delivery Times: European orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days, while the rest of the world usually takes between 7 and 14 business days.
  • International Free Shipping: We provide free international shipping on all orders over £2,000.
  • Customs and Duties: Please be aware that for orders shipped outside the UK, you are responsible for any local import duties, taxes, or administration fees. Albion Aero Services has no control over these charges and cannot predict their cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing a high-value order.

Dispatch and Tracking

  • Daily Cut-off: Orders placed before 1:00 PM Monday to Friday are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends or Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day.
  • Tracking Updates: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can monitor your delivery directly through the Royal Mail or DPD websites.

Damaged or Lost Items

We take great pride in our packaging, but if an item arrives damaged, please contact us at shipping@albionaero.co.uk within 48 hours. We ask that you keep all original packaging and provide photographs of the damage so we can resolve the issue quickly with the carrier.
