Flybox EngiMaster Engine Information System (4.3″)

The Flybox EngiMaster is an advanced, ultra-slim 4.3″ Engine Information System (EIS) and fuel computer engineered for Ultralight, Light Sport (LSA), Experimental aircraft, and Helicopters. Featuring an anti-reflective coated colour TFT display, it centralises full powerplant telemetry, automated pre-takeoff checks, a 200-hour datalogger, and external camera monitoring. Available in two distinct hardware orientations: Horizontal (Landscape) or Vertical (Portrait) to fit your exact panel layout.

Mounting Versions Horizontal or Vertical
Display Size 4.3″ Coated-Glass TFT
Chassis Depth 17.8 mm Ultra-Slim
Operating Voltage 10 V – 30 V DC (~3 W)
Flight Datalogger 200 Hours (CSV Export)

Form Factor Options: Horizontal vs. Vertical

Select the hardware format that matches your instrument panel architecture:

Option 01

EngiMaster Horizontal (Landscape)

Features a wide 124.9 mm × 83.5 mm aspect ratio with four soft-touch control buttons aligned along the lower bezel. Ideal for standard horizontal avionics stacks, side-by-side cockpit seating, and wide panels. Renders 3 real-time diagnostic curves per page in datalogger review mode.

Option 02

EngiMaster Vertical (Portrait)

Features a tall 83.5 mm × 124.9 mm aspect ratio with four soft-touch control buttons positioned vertically along the right bezel. Engineered for narrow centre pedestals, tandem cockpits, and vertical panel ribs. Renders 5 simultaneous diagnostic curves per page in datalogger review mode.

4 Dedicated Operating Environments

Direct pushbutton access gives the pilot immediate control over all flight and powerplant operations:

01

Engine Main Telemetry

Continuous monitoring of RPM, MAP, Oil Pressure, Oil Temperature, Coolant Temp (CLT), Fuel Pressure, and up to 6× CHT/EGT bars with numerical indicators for the hottest and coldest cylinders. An automated pre-flight status monitor displays red WARMUP until all dependencies are safe, changing to green READY.

02

Timers, Bus & Analytics

Displays total engine operating hours divided into green, yellow, and red zones, last flight time, lifetime maximum engine RPM peak (and rotor peak on rotorcraft), bus voltage, battery ammeter current, Intake Air Temp (IAT), and Outside Air Temp (OAT).

03

Fuel Management & Computer

Manages up to 3 individual fuel tanks with a 10-step non-linear calibration wizard. With the optional Fuel Computer key, it combines fuel flow and GPS data to compute live Fuel Flow, Burned Fuel, Endurance, Range, Reserve at destination, and Wing Tank Balance alerts.

04

Tri-Camera Video Display

Supports up to 3 composite video camera inputs. Pilots can switch between Camera 1, 2, and 3 feeds directly on screen while keeping primary engine RPM and Manifold Pressure telemetry permanently visible across the top banner.

200-Hour High-Resolution Flight Datalogger

  • Automatic Flight Logging: Starts a new logging session each time the engine runs, capturing every sensor parameter at a 1-second sampling rate with internal storage for up to 200 hours.
  • On-Screen Playback: Scroll through historical flights with a movable cursor to inspect parameter fluctuations and examine low ("L"), high ("H"), or probe error ("P") conditions.
  • Direct CSV USB Export: Plug any USB 2.0 flash drive into the rear port to export flights as standard .CSV files for analysis in Excel or maintenance reporting software.
