Flybox EngiMaster Engine Wiring Harness (Carburetted & Non-iS Engines)

Engineered specifically for the Flybox EngiMaster Engine Information System, this pre-fabricated wiring harness provides a direct connection for all conventional carburetted and mechanical engines—including Rotax 912 UL/ULS/ULSFR, Rotax 914 Turbo, Jabiru, and generic 4 to 6-cylinder powerplants. Assembled using aviation-grade flame-retardant wiring with noise-screened sensor runs, it provides dependable sensor telemetry without hours of custom wiring.

Please Note: This harness is intended exclusively for carburetted and mechanical engines using discrete analogue and resistive senders. It is NOT compatible with fuel-injected Rotax 912iS, 915iS, or 916iS engines, which capture telemetry digitally via an ECU CAN-bus harness.

Pre-Terminated Engine & Airframe Connections

• Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGT): Dedicated branches for K-type exhaust gas thermocouple probes.
• Cylinder Head Temperatures (CHT): Pre-wired leads for J-type thermocouples, PT1000 senders, or standard Rotax resistive CHT sensors.
• Engine Speed (RPM): Screened tachometer signal lead connecting directly to the engine pick-up trigger coil.
• Oil Pressure & Oil Temperature: Terminated for standard VDO 10-bar resistive, 4–20 mA, or PT1000 senders.
• Coolant Temperature (CLT): Pre-wired branch for cylinder jacket coolant sensors (VDO or PT1000).
• Fuel Pressure & Fuel Flow: Pre-wired branches for low/high fuel pressure transducers and turbine flow meters (e.g. Red Cube FT-60).
• Fuel Tank Levels: Connects up to 3 individual fuel tanks (capacitive or resistive float senders).
• Air Induction & Outside Air: Dedicated leads for Intake Air Temp (IAT / Carb Temp) and Outside Air Temp (OAT) probes.

Installation Tip: Route the wiring harness clear of hot exhaust components and secure it at regular intervals using aviation-grade cushioned P-clips. Always tie sensor earth drains to the central airframe ground to maintain clear readings.
